Q: What are your office hours?
A: 8 a.m. to 4 p.m., Monday-Friday

Q: Is there a way to contact you after hours?
A: Yes. You may contact us for emergencies only outside of business hours at 606-939-2753.

Q: What do I need to sign up for service?
A: You will need to know the address for the service, provide a copy of your driver’s license, if you are renting you will need to provide the property owners contact information.

Q: Do you have a customer notification system for alerts?
A: Yes, we can send out customer alerts via text, email or, voice call. Just contact one of our Customer Service Representatives to get signed up.
